Sacramento GEICO AMA EnduroCross Track Map Revealed
First ever EnduroCross in Northern California
Irvine, CA (June 4, 2012) – This Saturday, June 9th, the GEICO AMA EnduroCross series, presented by Lucas Oil will visit the home of the Sacramento Kings basketball team, Power Balance Pavilion. It will be the first ever visit to the region and Colton Haaker, the points leader happens to be from nearby Hollister. The basketball hoops and hard wood floor will be replaced by rocks, logs, sand, jumps and the customary water pond. And like the upcoming X Games track, the riders will blast out of the arena to a tunnel under the bleachers before shooting back into view.
If you live anywhere near Sacramento, this is your chance to see some of the most exciting racing action imaginable as more than 30 Expert riders try to qualify for the eleven rider main event. Plus, there are classes for Vet riders, Open Amateur riders, Women and Trials. Practice and qualifiers begin on Saturday morning and the pit area and Arena is open to the public for free all day. But you will need a ticket for the evening racing. Get your tickets now!

The X Games event will air on ESPN networks and the remaining GEICO AMA EnduroCross events will be aired on the Lucas Motorsports Hour on the NBC Sports Network. Check your local listings or www.motorsportshour.com. The Sacramento round is scheduled to air on Saturday, July 8 at 5:00 pm EST.

EnduroCross tracks incorporate various elements of extreme off road racing into a Supercross-style setting, including rocks, boulders, logs, sand, mud, a water-hole…and even a few special obstacles like giant tires thrown in!
