Ms. Superpark 2012 Presented By Gatorade is Underway
SAN CLEMENTE, CA (April 23, 2012) — Ms. Superpark 2012 Presented by Gatorade is underway at Squaw Valley, California and some of the world’s most formidable female freestylers have descended on Lake Tahoe to take to the massive setup provided by the builders at Squaw Valley and Snow Park Technologies. All week, the ladies will be stepping up to step downs, going off the wall on wallrides, and testing their mettle on the plethora of rail options off the Gold Coast chair at Squaw.
SNOWBOARDER is also very excited to welcome back Gatorade as the presenting sponsor for Ms. Superpark 2012. For years, the people at Gatorade have been providing the resources to progress snowboarding in SNOWBOARDER’s many event properties. Gatorade’s Director of Sports Marketing, Kenny Mitchell, says, “Gatorade is happy to keep the girls fueled as they continue to push progression in snowboarding at this year’s Ms. Superpark.”
If you’re anywhere in or around Squaw Valley this week, head up and check out all the action, as Gretchen Bleiler, Hana Beaman, Elena Hight, Enni Rukajärvi, Kelly Clark, Erin Comstock, Spencer O’Brien, Jenny Jones, and more drop in to some of the most radical park features ever built and push the level of female freestyle snowboarding. If you can’t make it in person, be sure to go to snowboardermag.com every day for daily recaps, photo galleries, and video edits.
