In the women’s race, Ingrid Backstrom @ingridbackstrom continued her six-year winning streak in 2012. She has a solid Twitter following with more than 8,000 fans to call upon. Kaya Turski @kayaturski, Grete Eliassen @GRETEGIRL and Rachael Burks @rachaelburks, who rounded out the top women in 2012, are also popular in the Tweetosphere.
