Digital Ad Operations Coordinator

Location: San Clemente, CA
Overview:

TEN: Action/Outdoor is looking for a full-time Digital Ad Operations Coordinator to join the team. The position is located in San Clemente, CA.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Process new insertion orders (IO), revisions into IO management system/Ad Server (DFP)
  • Test and perform QA on ad creative to ensure publisher specifications are met
  • Troubleshoot any technical and performance issues
  • Provide technical support to sales and creative agencies
  • Serve as the central point of contact for third party ad servers to work out all scheduling, rotation, and technical issues

Education/Experience:

TW Snowboarding Associate Editor

Location: Carlsbad, CA
Overview:

TransWorld Snowboarding is looking for a full-time Associate Editor to join the team. The position is located in Carlsbad, CA. This position will write about snowboarding gear and manage all gear related content released through the print magazine, online, and social channels. This individual will continue to build the brand’s influence and audience through compelling snowboard product stories.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Working with editorial staff and brands to produce exclusive snowboarding fear reviews for TransWorld Snowboarding magazine, TWSNOW.com, and social channels.
  • Covering breaking product stories, events, developing regular online video and editorial series, producing product reviews, and interviews for daily online and seasonal print content.
  • Selecting, ordering, storing, and returning gear to industry product managers.
  • Producing product photo shoots with Photo Editor.
  • Ensuring all product content is accurate, informative, on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
  • Mapping out a digital content strategy that supports and extends content initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuously evolving strategy is a must.
  • Developing a content calendar for print, online and social.
  • Supervising contributing testers, writers, photographers, and videographers.
  • Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge product content effectiveness. Gathering data and analytics, and making content recommendations based on those results.
  • Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan that leads to critical behavioral metrics.
  • Implementing appropriate localization/translation strategies for international products and releases where appropriate. We are a global snowboarding brand.
  • Working closely with marketing departments from all snowboarding brands to ensure relations are strong, and aid them with sharing news on product releases.
Education/Experience:

Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain an active base of national accounts for TEN properties, delivering a broad range of digital products and creative services to clients by providing marketing suggestions and beneficial solutions specific to the client’s brand and campaign goals.

Digital Programmatic Specialist

Location: El Segundo, New York, Irvine or San Clemente
Overview:

Source Interlink Media is seeking a Digital Programmatic Specialist for either the El Segundo, New York, Irvine or San Clemente office. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional problem solver with the ability to think creatively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all existing programmatic demand partners (contracts, SIM products, individual campaigns, etc.)
  • Optimize programmatic platforms and SIM products for maximum revenue generation
  • Conduct periodic evaluation of SIM RTB programs, identify new opportunities, and present recommendations for growth (i.e. new technologies, improved optimization, ad placement audits, etc.)
