Can my subscription be moved to the new app?
Your current subscription cannot be moved over to the new app automatically. You can however send your subscription purchase receipt to support@pixelmags.com and we will set you up with a new subscription account in the new app

How do I get a refund on my current subscription?

What happens to the issues I have purchased or downloaded?
Your previously purchased or downloaded issue will remain in the older app. You can access these issues at any time as long as the app remains on your iPad or iPhone. However if you send your subscription purchase receipt to support@pixelmags.com and we will set you up with a new subscription account in the new app

What is included in my new subscription?
Subscriptions include access to current and future regular issues that come available during the subscription period.

Subscriptions *do not* include access to back issues or special issues
