POWDER Magazine, “the portfolio of the other ski experience” for 40 years, is pleased to announce the return of John Stifter to the editorial staff. Patterson, Laguna Surf and Sport, Val Surf, Frog House, and Spyder—vied for the “Best in the West” title at 54th Street in Newport Beach.
